Application to join Skiffytown League of Heroes

Thank you for your interest in our organization. New applicants will be required to complete the application below. Once it is received, someone will contact you to discuss your application. This organization works with children therefore all new applicants seeking membership will be required to submit to a criminal background check. An application fee of $20 is required to process your application and background check. Any information you provide to us will be kept confidential and is only used for our own screening process and records. All new members will be required to serve a 90-day probationary period which will begin once the criminal background check process has been completed. Please answer all questions accurately and truthfully. Missing information will delay the application process. The SkiffyTown League of Heroes is an equal opportunity organization. We make every attempt to ensure that we are in full compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and regulations at all times. Applicants who are under the age of 18 must have and supply written parental consent to be considered for membership.
